Mitzie's insures that all products shipped arrive in one piece. If your order arrives damaged please send a damage request to Mitzissmokenmore@gmail.com and we will issue you a replacement.

Being online only means we save on all the traditional costs associated with brick and mortar headshops. We don’t need to pay retail rent or retail employees to run the store. All these savings are passed on to you!

We take great pride in offering you the best smoking accessories on the market. We have personal relationships with our vendors allowing us to always know what cool new items are about to hit the market. Even better, since we don’t have an actual store, we have much more room to showcase these products.


What if I don't like it? What if it’s too big or too small for my needs? Don’t worry, we want to make sure you find your perfect piece, and ordering online can be scary. To help ease your mind, we offer hassle free returns.


Mitzi's offers free exchanges on any of our products, and does accept returns for unused products in their original packaging (shipping not included in the refund). If you change your mind about your piece, contact  Mitzissmokenmore@gmail.com and we will issue you an RA number and help you with the return label.


We offer many products with manufacturing warranties. If your vape isn’t starting properly, or your bong comes with a quality issues, reach out to Mitzissmokenmore@gmail.com and we will either replace it, or put you in contact with the Manufacturer.
